Go to your Profile → Settings → Privacy. Here you can control who sees your posts, who can message you, whether your profile appears in search results, and more. You can also set individual posts to "Private" so only approved followers can view them. For more details, check out our Privacy Settings Guide.

If you cancel your Pro Creator or Enterprise plan, you'll retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will automatically switch to the free Starter plan. No data is lost — your posts, followers, and communities remain intact. You can re-subscribe anytime.

To report content, tap the three-dot menu (⋯) on any post, comment, or profile and select "Report." Choose the reason from the options provided. Our Trust & Safety team reviews all reports within 24 hours. You can also report directly from our Safety Center. If you feel immediate threat, please contact local authorities.

Here are a few things to check: (1) Ensure you're on a stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps upload recommended). (2) Make sure your app is updated to the latest version. (3) Verify that your camera and microphone permissions are enabled in your device settings. (4) Pro streaming features require an active Pro Creator subscription. If the issue persists, try restarting your device or check our System Status Page.

Yes, you can permanently delete your account at any time. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Please note: this action is irreversible. All your posts, messages, followers, and data will be permanently removed after a 30-day grace period. You can also download your data before deleting if you want to keep a copy.
