What happens if I'm not home for delivery?
Most carriers will leave a delivery notice with options to reschedule, pick up at a local depot, or authorize release at your risk. For pallet/freight shipments, a signature is required upon receipt.
Can I change my shipping address after checkout?
Address modifications can only be made before the "Shipped" status is triggered. Contact our support team within 2 hours of ordering, and we'll do our best to route the package to your updated location.
Are there customs fees for international orders?
