We stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, here's exactly how our returns and exchange process works.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, your order must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be reported within 30 calendar days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original, undamaged packaging
  • Custom printed or branded items are non-returnable unless defective upon arrival
  • Bulk wholesale orders require prior authorization from our account management team
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided

💡 Wholesale clients with active accounts may qualify for extended return windows (up to 60 days) based on your contract terms.

How to Initiate a Return

Our streamlined returns process ensures minimal disruption to your operations:

Complete the online return form or email returns@cupsource.com with your order number.

Get Authorization

Our team reviews your request within 1 business day and issues a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Ship Items Back

Pack items securely using original packaging. Attach the RMA label to the outside of your shipment.

Receive Resolution

Once inspected, we process your refund or shipment replacement within 5 business days.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Business clients may opt for account credit or wire transfer reimbursement. Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Exchanges: We gladly exchange defective or incorrect items for replacements of equal value. If your preferred product is out of stock, we'll offer a comparable alternative or issue a full refund.

Damaged/Defective Items: If your shipment arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Cup Source will cover return shipping and send replacements at no cost.

Shipping & Return Costs

Return shipping responsibilities depend on the reason for the return:

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: Buyer covers return shipping costs. Cup Source provides a prepaid return label for eligible wholesale accounts.
  • Our Error / Damaged Goods: Cup Source fully covers all return and replacement shipping fees.
  • Custom Orders: Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Restocking fees may apply.

Exceptions & Restrictions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Custom printed cups, branded bowls, or private-label packaging
  • Opened beverage containers or tamper-evident seals
  • Items damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
  • Promotional or free sample items sent for evaluation
  • International orders subject to local customs import regulations

How long does inspection take?

Our quality team typically inspects returned items within 2 business days of receipt.

Can I partial return an order?

Yes. You may return a portion of your order. Restocking fees apply only to items exceeding original quantities.

What if I receive the wrong size?

Notify us immediately. We'll ship the correct size via expedited delivery at no extra cost.

Do you accept returns without an RMA?

Unfortunately, no. Unauthenticated returns will be held at our warehouse or returned to sender.
