Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange, your order must meet all of the following conditions:

Returned within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
Items are unused, unopened, and in their original manufacturer packaging.
Bulk or wholesale orders require prior RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) approval.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments must be reported within 30 days with photographic evidence.
Returns submitted after the eligibility window will not be processed.

Non-Eligible Items

For quality and sanitation reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom-branded, printed, or private-label products (all sales final).
Food-service items that have been opened, used, or exposed to liquids.
Clearance, promotional, or deeply discounted inventory.
Items damaged during transit due to improper handling by the receiver (handled via carrier claim).

Follow these steps to initiate your return:

Submit an RMA Request

Complete the online form or email returns@cupsourceltd.com with your order number, SKU(s), and reason for return.

Receive Approval & Label

Our team reviews your request within 1-2 business days. You will receive an RMA number and prepaid shipping label if eligible.

Package & Ship

Securely repackage items in original materials. Affix the label and drop off at an authorized carrier location.

Inspection & Resolution

Once received, our QC team inspects the shipment. Refunds or exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days.

💰 Restocking & Fees

We strive to keep returns hassle-free. Please note the following fee structure:

Standard Restocking Fee: 15%

Applied to all non-defective returns to cover repackaging and inventory handling. Waived for manufacturer defects or shipping errors on our end.

Shipping Costs

Original freight charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is covered by Cup Source for approved defective/incorrect orders. Customer-paid returns are deducted from the final refund amount.

Once your package arrives at our distribution center, QC inspection typically takes 2-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the inspection is complete and your refund/exchange is authorized.

Yes. Exchanges are processed under the same RMA workflow. Simply specify the desired SKU in your initial request. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly. Note that custom-printed exchanges are not permitted.

You may return only the damaged portion. Clearly mark the RMA request as "Partial Return" and list the exact quantity of defective units. We will issue a proportional refund or replacement at your preference.

Yes. International wholesale partners must use our designated freight forwarder for returns. Duties, customs fees, and outbound international freight are the responsibility of the buyer unless the error originated from Cup Source.
