Standard MOQs for custom full-color printing start at 5,000 units per SKU. For die-cut or specialty coatings, the minimum is 10,000 units. We offer flexible tier pricing that scales with volume, and our sales team can adjust quantities for startup or pop-up businesses upon request.
How long does production and shipping typically take? +
Stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Custom printed orders typically require 10–14 business days for production plus transit time depending on your location. Expedited manufacturing is available for an additional fee. You'll receive a tracking number and production timeline once your order is confirmed.
Do you provide free samples before placing a bulk order? +
Yes. We offer a complimentary sample kit containing 10–15 of our best-selling cups, bowls, lids, and sleeves. Custom print samples are available after artwork approval and may require a nominal processing fee that is credited toward your first bulk order.
What file formats do you accept for custom artwork? +
We accept vector files in AI, EPS, or PDF format with embedded fonts and CMYK color profiles. High-resolution PNGs (300 DPI minimum) are accepted but may result in slight color variations. Dielines and print-safe margins are provided in your production portal upon order confirmation.
What is your policy on damaged or defective shipments? +
We guarantee 100% product integrity. If you receive damaged or defective items, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will process a full replacement or credit within 3 business days at no additional cost. Quality claims are handled directly by our logistics team.
