Conformance Status

The Cup Source Website is a commercial web application intended to improve the experience of our B2B wholesale clients. The aim is to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA as described by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) from the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a range of disabilities. Conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA is the internationally recognized industry standard for accessibility.

This statement applies to all pages hosted on cupsource.com and its subdomains, including our wholesale portal, product catalogs, and customer dashboard.

Partially Conforming Problems may be found with some functionality. We are working to resolve them.

Accessibility Features

We have taken the following actions to ensure our platform is accessible to all users:

  • Semantic HTML Structure: Proper use of headings, lists, landmarks, and ARIA roles to support screen readers and assistive technologies.
  • Keyboard Navigation: All interactive elements (forms, buttons, navigation menus) are fully operable via keyboard with visible focus indicators.
  • Color Contrast: Text and UI elements meet WCAG 2.2 AA contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text).
  • Responsive & Adaptive Design: Fully responsive layouts that adapt to different screen sizes and zoom levels up to 200% without loss of functionality.
  • Image & Media Accessibility: All images include descriptive alt text. Video content includes captions and transcripts.
  • Form Accessibility: Wholesale inquiry forms include proper labels, error handling, and required field indicators accessible to assistive tech.
  • Reduced Motion Option: Respects user preferences via prefers-reduced-motion media query.

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of the Cup Source website, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations:

  • Legacy Portal Features: Some bulk-order management tools in the wholesale dashboard were built before our full accessibility audit. We are currently refactoring these components.
  • Third-Party Integrations: Payment processing and inventory synchronization rely on third-party widgets. We are coordinating with these providers to ensure WCAG compliance.
  • PDF Documents: Certain product spec sheets and wholesale agreements are distributed in PDF format. We are actively converting legacy PDFs to accessible formats.

We are actively working to address these issues and welcome your feedback on any accessibility barriers you encounter.
