What file formats do you accept for custom designs? +

We accept AI, EPS, PDF (vector preferred), and high-resolution PNG/JPG (300 DPI minimum). Files must be in CMYK color mode with 0.125" bleed on all sides. Our design team will notify you within 2 hours if adjustments are needed.

Can I get a physical sample before ordering bulk? +

Yes. We offer a complimentary sample kit featuring our standard cup types and a printed test piece of your artwork. Shipping is covered for first-time buyers in the US and Canada.

How accurate is the color matching process? +

Standard full-color prints use calibrated CMYK profiles for consistent results. For exact brand compliance, our Enterprise tier includes Pantone matching (±3% Delta E tolerance) using food-safe specialty inks.

What is the turnaround time for custom orders? +
