What are your payment terms for wholesale clients?

Standard terms are 50% deposit to initiate production and 50% net-30 upon shipment approval. Enterprise clients with established credit can apply for 60-day terms.

Can I combine multiple products in one order?

Absolutely. Mixed SKUs (cups, lids, sleeves, bowls) are allowed. MOQs apply per SKU, but shipping costs are consolidated, often reducing your overall logistics spend.

What is your policy on damaged or defective orders?

Cup Source guarantees 100% quality compliance. If a shipment arrives damaged or falls outside tolerance specs, we offer free replacement or full credit. Simply report within 5 business days of delivery.

How do I track my bulk shipment?
