Yes — address changes can be made within 2 hours of order confirmation, before the order enters our pick-and-pack stage. After that, please contact our logistics team at logistics@cups source.com and we'll do our best to reroute your shipment at no additional cost if it hasn't departed the warehouse.

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please photograph the packaging and the product, then email our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We guarantee a free replacement shipped via Express at no charge, or a full refund to your original payment method.

Absolutely. Our Auto-Restock program allows you to set up weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly recurring deliveries for your most-used SKUs. You'll receive a 10% loyalty discount on all recurring orders, and you can pause, skip, or modify deliveries at any time from your dashboard.

All orders are packed in reinforced corrugated boxes with void-fill material. Cups and bowls are individually shrink-wrapped in bundles of 50–100 units. For premium and custom-printed products, we add an extra outer layer of protective wrapping. Our damage rate sits at just 0.3% across all shipments.

Yes. If you place multiple orders within a 24-hour window, our system automatically consolidates them into a single shipment. You can also request manual consolidation by adding a note to your order or contacting your account manager. This is a great way to reduce per-order shipping costs.
