PE (Polyethylene) coating is heat-sealed to the paper, making it ideal for hot beverages and curbside composting in certain regions. PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) is a clear plastic liner laminated to the paper, offering superior moisture resistance and transparency, best for cold drinks and smoothies.
Our standard MOQ for custom offset printing is 50,000 units per SKU. For smaller marketing runs or events, we offer digital-print samples (100–500 units) and flexo printing starting at 20,000 units.
Standard PE-coated cups are designed for beverage service only and are not recommended for microwave use. The PE lining may soften above 190°F. For microwave applications, request our specialized PP-lined or ceramic alternatives.
