At Cup Source, we strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a clear and straightforward process for handling returns and refunds.
1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet entered the production or fulfillment stage. To cancel, please contact our support team immediately.
2. Return Window
For standard, non-custom items, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after this 30-day window will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
3. Eligible Items for Return
To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unused and Undamaged: The items must be in the same condition that you received them.
- Original Packaging: Items must be in their original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or order number.
⚠️ Important Note on Custom Orders: As Cup Source specializes in custom-branded drinkware and packaging, all custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun, unless the error lies solely with Cup Source (e.g., we printed the wrong logo).
4. Defective or Damaged Items
We take quality seriously. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or does not match your order specifications:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the damage or defect and your order number.
- Upon review, we will either issue a full replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
In cases of damage, you are not required to return the defective items unless specifically requested by our support team.
5. Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to change of mind or preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For returns due to errors on our part (wrong item sent, damaged, or defective), Cup Source will cover all shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team:
- You will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
- The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a different item, you will need to return the original item first and then make a separate new purchase.
