At Cup Source, we are committed to delivering premium drinkware and packaging solutions. If your order does not meet expectations, we offer a straightforward return process designed for business efficiency.
- Eligibility Window: All return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.
- Product Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original factory packaging. Custom-printed or branded merchandise is non-returnable unless manufacturing defects are proven.
- Restocking Fees: Standard bulk orders may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Premium and commercial-grade lines are exempt from restocking charges.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds are issued as store credit or processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
How to Initiate a Return

Submit a Return Request
Visit our support portal or email returns@cupsource.com with your order number, SKU list, and reason for return.

Receive RMA Authorization
Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).

Package & Ship Items
Securely repackage products, attach the RMA label to the outside of the box, and drop off at the designated carrier location.

Processing & Resolution
Once received, our quality team inspects the shipment. Refunds or replacements are processed within 5–7 business days.
Warranty Coverage
Cup Source stands behind the structural integrity and manufacturing quality of every product we ship. Our limited warranty applies to all standard and commercial-grade drinkware lines.
- Coverage Scope: Protects against material defects, structural failures, coating delamination, and printing alignment errors under normal commercial use.
- Warranty Period: 90 days for standard paper & plastic lines. 180 days for premium insulated, reusable, and commercial-grade products.
- Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper storage conditions (e.g., extreme temperature/humidity), or unauthorized modifications void warranty coverage.
- Claim Resolution: Defective products are replaced at no cost or credited to your wholesale account upon verification. Shipping costs for warranty replacements are covered by Cup Source.
