What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our starting MOQ is 1,000 units per design. This allows new brands to test the market without heavy inventory risk. We waive setup fees for this tier.

How long does the production process take?

Standard turnaround is 3–4 weeks from artwork approval. Rush production (2 weeks) is available for orders of 10,000+ units.

Do you help with design and file preparation?

Yes. Our in-house design team provides free dielines, digital mockups, and print-ready file optimization. Unlimited revisions are included until you approve the proof.

Can I order samples before committing?

Absolutely. We ship pre-production samples within 5 business days. Sample costs are waived on your first full production order.

What compliance documents do you provide?

Every order includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA), FDA/LFGB compliance sheets, material safety data, and batch traceability reports.
