How do I claim my business listing?
To claim your listing, search for your business name on DirConnect. If it exists, click the "Claim this business" button. You'll be asked to verify your identity via phone or email. Once verified, you'll gain full control over your profile.
How can I update my business hours or phone number?
Log in to your dashboard and navigate to "Edit Profile". Update the relevant fields and click "Save Changes". Most updates go live within 24 hours. Emergency changes can be expedited by contacting support directly.
How do DirConnect reviews work?
Reviews are submitted by verified users who have interacted with businesses. We use an AI-driven moderation system to detect fake or spammy content. Businesses can reply to reviews to engage with customers but cannot remove legitimate negative feedback.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we'll send a secure link to reset your password. If you don't receive the email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.
How do I report a fake or inappropriate listing?
If you spot a suspicious listing, click the "Report" icon on the listing card. Provide details about why you believe it's invalid. Our Trust & Safety team reviews all reports within 48 hours and will take appropriate action.
