Business owners are responsible for maintaining their listing information and promptly updating any changes. Misleading or false listings may be removed at our discretion.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit, any other user. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Posting offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DirConnect and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
