Simply search for your business on DirConnect, click “Claim This Listing,” and verify your ownership via email or phone. Once verified, you’ll have full access to update hours, photos, services, and respond to reviews.
Why hasn’t my updated information appeared yet?
Changes typically go live within 24–48 hours after submission. If it’s been longer, please verify that you’ve saved the changes and check your email for any verification requests from our moderation team.
How do I report an inaccurate or inappropriate listing?
Use the “Report” button on any listing page. Select a reason, add details if necessary, and submit. Our trust & safety team reviews reports within 48 hours and takes appropriate action.
Do you offer paid advertising or premium features?
