How do I join a study group? +

Simply browse our active groups, find one that matches your skill level and schedule, and click "Join Group". Most groups accept members instantly, while some require a quick approval from the group lead to maintain quality.

Can I create my own study group? +

Yes! Click "Create Your Group" to set up a custom study circle. You'll define the topic, schedule, max size, and rules. EduVerse provides built-in tools for scheduling, file sharing, and progress tracking.

Are group sessions live or recorded? +

Most groups offer both. Live sessions happen via integrated video conferencing, and all sessions are automatically recorded and stored in your group's dashboard for asynchronous review.

Is there a limit to how many groups I can join? +

Free members can join up to 3 active groups. Premium and Pro subscribers enjoy unlimited group access and can create custom cohorts with priority support.

How are groups moderated? +

Every group has at least one designated lead (a student or mentor). EduVerse provides community guidelines and reporting tools. Our trust team intervenes only if guidelines are violated.
