FamilyNest must remain a judgment-free zone. Targeted harassment, intimidation, or sustained negative behavior toward any user is unacceptable.
- • Personal attacks, name-calling, or public shaming of parents' choices
- • Stalking, doxxing, or sharing private contact information without consent
- • Repeated unsolicited messages or comments after being asked to stop
- • Encouraging or facilitating bullying of other community members
👶 3. Child Safety & Exploitation
Protecting children and maintaining their safety online is our absolute highest priority. Any conduct that compromises child welfare will result in immediate, permanent removal and reporting to authorities.

FamilyNest cooperates fully with law enforcement and child protection agencies. We employ AI monitoring and human moderation to detect and prevent inappropriate behavior involving minors.
- • Sharing, requesting, or distributing inappropriate content involving minors
- • Predatory behavior, grooming, or inappropriate contact with child accounts
- • Posting sensitive medical, educational, or location data of children without proper anonymization
- • Sharing unsafe DIY projects, unverified medical advice, or dangerous parenting hacks
📚 4. Misinformation & Harmful Advice
Parenting decisions impact health and development. We prohibit the spread of unverified, pseudoscientific, or medically dangerous information.
- • Promoting unproven cures, vaccines misinformation, or dangerous dietary regimens for children
- • Sharing content that contradicts established pediatric guidelines without clear disclaimers
- • Impersonating licensed healthcare professionals or parenting experts
- • Spreading panic-driven rumors during public health events
🚀 5. Spam, Scams & Fraud
To keep our community trustworthy and focused, commercial spam and deceptive practices are strictly prohibited.
- • Unauthorized advertising, affiliate link dumping, or multi-level marketing pitches
- • Phishing attempts, fake giveaways, or fraudulent payment requests
- • Bot activity, mass messaging, or automated comment generation
- • Circumventing platform restrictions or using fake accounts
🔒 6. Privacy & Data Misuse
We respect the confidentiality of family information. Violating user privacy or misusing personal data is grounds for immediate account suspension.
- • Scraping, harvesting, or reselling user data without explicit permission
- • Sharing private conversations, DMs, or sensitive family details publicly
- • Creating false profiles to impersonate other parents or FamilyNest staff

We respect creators and educators. Unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked material violates our terms.
- • Republishing articles, worksheets, or course content without attribution or license
- • Distributing pirated parenting resources or educational materials
- • Claiming ownership of another creator's original work
⚖️ Enforcement & Consequences
Violations of this policy are evaluated based on severity, intent, and pattern of behavior. FamilyNest reserves the right to take the following actions:

Minor first-time violations may receive a formal warning and content removal.
⏸️ Temporary Suspension
Repeated or moderate violations result in account restriction for 7–30 days.
🚫 Permanent Ban
Severe, dangerous, or repeat offenses lead to immediate, irreversible termination.
📢 Law Enforcement Report
Criminal activity, child exploitation, or threats are reported to appropriate authorities.
