📝 Step-by-Step Guide

5 Steps
  1. 1

    Prepare Your Station

Fill each bottle about 3/4 full with room-temperature water. Lay down a towel or place bottles in a baking sheet for easy cleanup.

  2. 2

    Add Primary Colors

Let your child drop 5-8 drops of one color into each bottle. Use one color per bottle initially (Red, Blue, Yellow).

  3. 3

    Mix & Watch

Screw the cap on tightly. Have your child shake each bottle gently. Talk about how the color spreads through the water like magic!

  4. 4

    Combine Colors

Pour half of the red water into the blue bottle. Pour half of the yellow into the red. Discuss what new colors appear (Purple & Orange!).

  5. 5

    Seal & Decorate

Apply clear tape over the caps for safety. Let your child decorate the outside with stickers, markers, or washi tape to create their rainbow collection.
