We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred time slot and expert match. For the Custom Family Plan, we suggest 3-4 weeks due to personalized scheduling.
Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 48 hours before your session. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% fee. No-shows incur the full session fee, but we'll work with you to make it right.
Yes! Life changes and families evolve. You can upgrade or switch packages up to 72 hours before your session. We'll prorate any differences and adjust your schedule accordingly.
All sessions are conducted securely via our private video platform, so you can join from the comfort of your home. If you prefer in-person meetings, let us know and we'll coordinate with a local FamilyNest partner.
