FamilyNest offers transparent, flexible billing with no hidden fees or forced auto-renewals.
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your dashboard or contact support. No penalties, no questions asked.
- Refund Policy: Pro-rated refunds available within 14 days of purchase for new subscribers. Annual plans may be adjusted or refunded if service interruptions occur.
- Price Changes: We will notify you at least 30 days before any plan price adjustments. You can continue at the current rate until your next billing cycle.
- Family Sharing: Premium plans allow up to 5 linked family accounts under one subscription.
Content & Community Guidelines

User-Generated Content
When you post reviews, share photos, or contribute to forums, you retain ownership of your original content. By posting, you grant FamilyNest a non-exclusive license to display, store, and moderate that content for platform functionality. Community Standards
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, misinformation, or unsafe advice. Moderators review reports within 24 hours. Repeated violations may result in account restrictions. All moderation actions can be appealed through our support portal.
