Our Beginner workshop requires basic familiarity with the command line and web concepts. For intermediate and advanced workshops, we recommend prior experience with GIS concepts, basic SQL, and HTML/CSS. We'll send a prep guide before the workshop starts.

All workshops are conducted live via Zoom with screen sharing, live demos, and real-time Q&A. You'll get a pre-workshop email with a setup checklist, the Zoom link, and any materials to download beforehand. All sessions are recorded and available for 30 days.

Yes! You can reschedule up to 48 hours before the workshop at no charge. Full refunds are available if cancelled 72+ hours in advance. Within 48 hours, we'll offer a free transfer to a future session.

Absolutely. Teams of 5+ get an automatic 15% discount. For larger groups (10+), or custom enterprise workshops, contact our sales team for a dedicated quote. We also support purchase orders and invoicing.

Yes, all attendees who complete the workshop (attend 80%+ of the session) receive a GeoServer Certificate of Completion, valid for professional development credits. You'll receive it via email within 24 hours of the workshop.

We'll send a detailed setup guide 3 days before the workshop. Generally, you'll need Java JDK 11+, a modern web browser, and optionally PostGIS or QGIS depending on the workshop. Our team will do a pre-check to ensure everything is ready.
