You can cancel anytime with no penalties. Your access to premium services will continue until the end of your current billing period. You'll still retain access to your medical records permanently.

Standard telehealth is available Mon-Fri, 8AM-8PM. Professional and Family Plus members get access to our 24/7 urgent care line for non-emergency medical advice and prescription refills.
