Scope & Responsibilities
HomeNest acts as a professional property management agent on behalf of property owners. Our services include tenant placement, lease execution, rent collection, maintenance coordination, financial reporting, and legal compliance monitoring.
Key Provisions:
- Management fees are collected as a percentage of rent actually collected, as outlined in your service agreement.
- Emergency maintenance under $500 may be authorized without prior owner consent to protect property value and tenant safety.
- All funds collected are held in segregated client trust accounts in compliance with state licensing requirements.
- Either party may terminate the management agreement with 30 days written notice, subject to existing lease obligations.
