Yes. All participants sign a strict confidentiality agreement before the first session. Our facilitators are bound by HIPAA and professional ethics to protect your privacy. Breaches of confidentiality may result in removal from the group.

We strongly encourage consistent attendance for optimal progress, but we understand life happens. Most groups recommend attending at least 80% of sessions. Occasional absences won't jeopardize your membership.

Absolutely. Many clients benefit from combining individual sessions with group support. Your individual therapist can coordinate with your group facilitator (with your consent) to create a cohesive treatment plan.

There is zero pressure to share before you're ready. You can observe, take notes, and participate at your own pace. Our facilitators are trained to gently support gradual engagement without forcing participation.
