The IronForge Fitness name, logo, tagline "Forge Your Strongest Self," and all associated visual identities are registered trademarks. Unauthorized commercial use, reproduction, or alteration is strictly prohibited.

  • Official logo files are available for press & partner use only
  • Color palette, typography, and brand guidelines must be followed
  • Affiliate/partner usage requires written approval

Coach Certification

Official IronForge coaching credentials grant limited, non-transferable rights to use our training frameworks within authorized client relationships.

⚠️ Reporting Infringement

We take intellectual property violations seriously. If you believe IronForge assets are being used without authorization, please submit a detailed report.

  • DMCA takedown requests processed within 24-48 hours
  • Include URL, description of infringement, and proof of ownership
  • False claims may result in legal liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f)

Our IP compliance team reviews all submissions and coordinates with legal counsel when necessary.
