A brand new 25-meter heated pool, lap lanes, aqua aerobics area, and children's pool will be added to our facility as part of the summer expansion. The aquatic center will include dedicated swim classes and competitive training programs.
Starting June 1st, we've expanded our summer class schedule with 15 new sessions per week. Morning classes have been shifted earlier to accommodate warmer weather, and we've added outdoor bootcamp sessions in our rooftop area every Tuesday and Thursday at 7 AM.
We've installed 22 new Hammer Strength plate-loaded machines across our strength zone, including seated row, chest press, lat pulldown, leg press, and shoulder press stations. All machines feature adjustable foot plates and ergonomic handles.
The 12 older LifeFitness treadmills in the cardio zone have been removed and replaced with Technogym Run 16 treadmills featuring built-in screens, auto-incline, and heart rate monitoring. The old equipment has been donated to local community centers.
Starting June 1, 2024, membership prices will see a modest adjustment to reflect our growing facility improvements. Starter: $29→$32/month, Pro Athlete: $69→$74/month, Elite: $119→$125/month. Current members on existing plans will retain their pricing for 12 months. New additions include free PT assessment and guest passes for Starter tier.
Our mobile app has been completely redesigned with a new interface, improved class booking, real-time waitlist tracking, workout logging with AI insights, nutrition tracking integration, and push notification reminders. Available now on iOS and Android.
The facility-wide HVAC system upgrade has been completed. All zones now have independent climate control with improved air filtration (MERV-13 filters) and quieter operation. The new system reduces energy consumption by 35% and maintains consistent temperatures throughout all areas.
The women's locker room has been fully renovated with new vanity areas, heated towel racks, private changing pods, and an upgraded shower system. Smart lockers with app-controlled access have been installed. The men's locker room renovation begins in July.
Our expanded recovery suite now features 4 cold plunge tubs (50°F), 2 infrared sauna cabins, 3 compression therapy chairs, and a dedicated NormaTec recovery room. Available to Pro and Elite members, with add-on options for Starter members.
Effective May 1st, our staffed hours will be extended from 5 AM - 11 PM to 24/7 with staffed hours from 5 AM - 10 PM. The facility will remain accessible 24/7 for Pro and Elite members with key fob entry. Starter members retain access during staffed hours.
The worn-out battle ropes and damaged plyometric box set in the functional training area have been removed. They will be replaced with new Rogue battle ropes (1.5" and 2" diameters) and a new plyo box set with adjustable heights (12", 20", 30") arriving in mid-May.
