IronForge Fitness is a high-performance training environment. Adherence to these rules ensures safety, equipment longevity, and a positive community atmosphere.
- Valid membership and ID are required for entry. Guests must be registered at the front desk.
- Proper athletic footwear is mandatory. Socks are required in the pool and recovery zones.
- No outside food, glass containers, or aerosol sprays are permitted in training areas.
- Respect personal space and equipment. Do not interrupt ongoing sets or drills.
- Maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced for safety and comfort.
- Photography and video recording require written staff permission.

Failure to comply with facility rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of membership at management's discretion.
๐๏ธ Equipment Safety
Our equipment is calibrated for professional use. Misuse can lead to serious injury. Always prioritize form over load.
- Read instruction placards or ask staff before using unfamiliar machines.
- Always use safety clips on barbells and adjust collars securely.
- Rack weights properly after use. Do not leave equipment on the floor.
- Report malfunctioning equipment, loose bolts, or frayed cables immediately.
- Do not drop Olympic plates on rubber flooring outside designated deadlift platforms.
- Maximum load limits are posted on all cables and machines. Do not exceed them.
Spotting Protocol
Only certified members or staff may spot for bench press, squat, and overhead press. Communicate clear commands before initiating.
Cardio Machines
Wipe down sweat immediately. Use the emergency stop cord. Do not place towels or phones in machine vents.
๐งผ Hygiene & Health Protocols
Maintaining a clean environment prevents illness and cross-contamination. IronForge provides sanitization stations throughout the facility.
- Wipe down all equipment before and after use with provided disinfectant wipes.
- Use a clean towel on all benches, mats, and seating areas during workouts.
- Shower and change after every session. Deodorant is mandatory before training.
- Hand sanitizer is available at every zone entrance. Use it before and after workouts.
- Do not attend classes or train if you have a fever, active respiratory infection, or contagious condition.
- Laundry: All gym towels must be washed at minimum 60ยฐC (140ยฐF). Lost/found items are held for 30 days.
๐ Training & Coaching Safety
Whether training solo or with a coach, proper progression and technique prevent overuse injuries and burns.
- Always warm up for 5โ10 minutes before lifting or high-intensity training.
- Disclose pre-existing injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions to your trainer.
- Stay hydrated. Electrolyte stations are located in the locker rooms and cardio zone.
- Listen to your body. Dizziness, sharp pain, or excessive shortness of breath requires immediate rest.
- Ego lifting is prohibited. Progressive overload should be gradual and monitored.
- Supplement use is at your own risk. Do not share shakers or nutritional products.

๐จ Emergency Procedures
In the unlikely event of an emergency, stay calm and follow these protocols. All staff are CPR/AED certified and trained in first response.
Fire / Evacuation
Alert staff immediately. Follow illuminated exit signs. Assembly point is the North Parking Lot. Do not use elevators.
Medical Incident
Call front desk or dial internal ext. 911. AED units are located at Reception, Cardio Zone, and Boxing Ring. Do not move injured persons unless in immediate danger.
- Emergency exits are clearly marked and never obstructed.
- Staff conduct monthly safety drills. Members may participate voluntarily.
- In case of severe trauma or cardiac arrest, professional EMS will be dispatched immediately.
๐ Liability & Waiver Information
By accessing IronForge Fitness facilities, all members and guests acknowledge the inherent risks associated with physical activity and agree to the following terms:
- Participation in any training, class, or facility use is strictly voluntary and at your own risk.
- Members must sign and return the digital liability waiver during onboarding.
- IronForge Fitness is not liable for injuries, property loss, or health complications arising from normal facility use.
- Misconduct, willful negligence, or violation of safety rules voids membership protections.
- Personal belongings are stored at owner's risk. Lockers must be secured with member-provided locks.
