Yoga & Recovery FAQ

Do I need yoga experience to join these classes?
Not at all. Our classes are scaled for all levels. Instructors provide modifications for beginners while offering progressions for experienced practitioners. The focus is on mindful movement, not perfection.
What should I bring to a recovery session?
Comfortable, stretchable clothing, a water bottle, and a towel. Mats, blocks, straps, and bolsters are provided. For cold plunge or sauna use, we provide lockers and changing facilities.
Can I use the recovery suite after a heavy lifting session?
Absolutely. We recommend a 10-15 minute cool-down walk before entering the sauna or cold plunge. Members can use the suite 24/7 according to their membership tier.
How do I book a class?
Use the booking form below or visit the IronForge member portal. Classes open for booking 7 days in advance. Free cancellation up to 4 hours before session start.
Is yoga considered cardio?
Power and Vinyasa flows can elevate heart rate into moderate cardio zones, but yoga's primary benefits lie in flexibility, balance, core stability, and nervous system regulation. It complements traditional cardio rather than replacing it.
