- 50% Deposit: Required to initiate any project and secure your timeline.
- 25% Milestone: Due upon approval of initial concepts/drafts.
- 25% Final: Due before delivery of final assets and files.

- Invoices are issued digitally via our secure client portal.
- Standard payment terms: Net 15 from invoice date.
- Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest fee.
- Retainer clients are billed on the 1st of each month.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
We stand by our work. Our policies are designed to protect both parties while maintaining flexibility.
- Full Refund: Available within 48 hours of project initiation if no work has begun.
- Partial Refund: If cancelled after work has commenced, fees for completed milestones are non-refundable. Remaining balance will be returned within 10 business days.
- Revisions: Each package includes 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at $150/hr.
- Project Pause: You may pause a project for up to 30 days without penalty. Extended pauses require a rescheduling fee.
- Legal Services: Government filing fees are strictly non-refundable once submitted. Consulting fees follow standard refund terms above.
