Welcome to Isdomain. By accessing our website, engaging our consulting services, or purchasing any of our branding and naming packages, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1.1 Scope of Services

Isdomain provides professional brand naming, identity design, domain registration assistance, and preliminary legal consulting services. All deliverables are provided as creative and strategic consulting, not as formal legal advice unless explicitly stated in a separate attorney-client agreement.

1.2 Account & Access

Upon purchase, you will receive secure access to your project portal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

1.3 Payment & Refunds

All fees are due in advance unless otherwise specified. Due to the custom nature of naming and branding work, refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis according to our project milestone completion policy. Cancelled projects may be eligible for partial refunds based on work already performed.

1.4 Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, all final approved deliverables (brand names, logos, guidelines, legal filings) become the exclusive property of the client. Isdomain retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a strict NDA is signed.

Your privacy is fundamental to our business. This policy outlines how Isdomain collects, uses, and safeguards your personal information.

  • Personal Data: Name, email, phone number, and billing address provided during checkout or consultation scheduling.
  • Business Information: Company details, target markets, and branding preferences shared during the discovery phase.

Important: While Isdomain conducts thorough trademark screening and domain availability checks, we are a brand consulting firm, not a law firm. Our research does not constitute a legal guarantee of trademark clearance.

3.1 Trademark Screening

We utilize commercial trademark databases and linguistic analysis to minimize conflict risks. However, trademark law varies by jurisdiction and evolves over time. Final legal clearance should be verified by a qualified intellectual property attorney before public launch.

3.2 Domain Availability

Domain availability is verified in real-time but can change instantly. We recommend immediate registration upon approval. We provide guidance on secure registration but are not responsible for third-party registrar delays or sales.

3.3 Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring their chosen brand name and identity comply with all local, national, and international laws. Isdomain recommends retaining independent legal counsel for formal trademark registration and IP portfolio management.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Isdomain and its affiliates, consultants, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunity, or brand reputation, arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific project or package giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, including contract, tort, or strict liability.

These services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Brand success depends on market conditions, execution quality, and ongoing business strategy, which are beyond our control.
