1 Introduction

Welcome to JobSphere ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JobSphere website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

JobSphere provides an online marketplace connecting job seekers with employers. We do not guarantee employment, nor do we act as an agent for either job seekers or employers. All hiring decisions are solely between the applicant and the employer.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing job listings, or using any features of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Platform.

3 User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to:

• Upload malicious code, viruses, or engage in hacking or unauthorized data scraping.
• Impersonate any person, company, or organization.
• Use automated bots or scrapers to collect data without prior written consent.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

JobSphere reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed objectionable in our sole discretion.

5 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and compilation thereof, is the property of JobSphere or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Employers and candidates retain ownership of their respective content (e.g., resumes, job descriptions). By posting content, you grant JobSphere a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely to operate and improve the Platform.

6 Third-Party Links & Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party sites. You access such links at your own risk.

7 Limitation of Liability

JobSphere provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobSphere, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or employment opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform.

8 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in San Francisco, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

9 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or business needs. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.
