Tap the three-dot menu on any profile, select "Report," choose a reason, and submit. Our Trust & Safety team reviews all reports within 24 hours. You can also use the in-chat report button for messaging violations. We take safety seriously and will notify you of actions taken.
Profile verification requires a live selfie match against your uploaded photos. Ensure good lighting, clear visibility of your face, and follow the on-screen prompts. Verification typically takes 12-48 hours. If denied, you'll receive an email explaining next steps or how to resubmit.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen, enter your registered email or phone number, and follow the secure link sent to you. Passwords must be at least 8 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. For security, reset links expire after 1 hour.
Upon permanent account deletion, all personal data, messages, and matches are permanently removed from our servers within 30 days per GDPR and CCPA compliance. You'll be prompted to download a data export before deletion. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.
