By accessing or using the LoveLink website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all users, members, and visitors.

2. Eligibility & Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use LoveLink. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. User Conduct & Community Standards

LoveLink is committed to fostering a respectful, safe, and authentic environment. You agree to:

• Use genuine photographs and truthful biographical information
• Respect the dignity, privacy, and boundaries of other users
• Refrain from harassment, hate speech, threats, or discriminatory behavior
• Not use the Service for commercial purposes, advertising, or spamming
• Report suspicious behavior or violations through our in-app safety tools

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards, with or without notice.

4. AI Matching & Algorithm Disclaimer

LoveLink utilizes proprietary machine learning and AI-driven algorithms to suggest potential matches based on user preferences, behavioral data, and compatibility signals. While our system is designed to optimize meaningful connections:

• Matches are suggestions only and do not guarantee compatibility or safety
• You remain solely responsible for your interactions, decisions, and real-world meetings
• Algorithmic results may evolve as our models improve and user data updates
• LoveLink does not endorse, verify, or assume liability for third-party interactions

5. Privacy & Data Usage

Your privacy is critical to us. Our collection, use, and sharing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using LoveLink, you consent to our processing of your data for account functionality, matching, safety verification, and service improvement. You may adjust notification, visibility, and data-sharing preferences in your account settings at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

The LoveLink platform, including its design, logo, code, algorithms, and content, is owned by LoveLink and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant LoveLink a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and process such content solely for providing and improving the Service. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of LoveLink's proprietary assets is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Impersonate another person or entity, or falsify account details
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service
• Distribute malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or disrupt platform integrity
• Share explicit, illegal, or non-consensual content
• Engage in fraud, solicitation, or unauthorized commercial activities

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination and legal action where applicable.

8. Limitation of Liability

LoveLink provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoveLink and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of data, or injuries arising from user interactions. You acknowledge that online dating carries inherent risks and assume full responsibility for your participation.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your profile will be hidden, and personal data will be removed or anonymized in accordance with our retention policy. LoveLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to community safety. Termination does not waive any accrued obligations or liabilities.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Modifications to Terms

LoveLink reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
