4. User Conduct & Community Standards

LoveLink is committed to fostering a respectful, safe, and inclusive environment. You agree not to:

• Harass, bully, intimidate, or threaten other users
• Share explicit, abusive, discriminatory, or hate speech content
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, age, or relationship status

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or ban users who violate these standards. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.

By uploading content (photos, messages, reviews), you grant LoveLink a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and modify such content solely for operating and improving the Service.

7. Third-Party Services & Links

LoveLink may integrate third-party services (payment processors, identity verification, analytics, social sharing) or contain links to external websites. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their privacy practices, content, or availability. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

8. Termination & Suspension

You may deactivate your account at any time via account settings or by contacting support. Upon request, we will permanently delete your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, subject to legal retention requirements.

LoveLink may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, safety concerns, or prolonged inactivity. Termination does not waive any rights or remedies available to LoveLink under law or contract.

9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

LoveLink is a matchmaking and communication platform. We do not guarantee compatibility, relationships, or specific outcomes from using the Service. You acknowledge that dating involves inherent risks, and you are solely responsible for your interactions, meetings, and personal safety.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoveLink, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to emotional distress, data loss, or unauthorized third-party conduct, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, waiving any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or representative proceedings.
