How to Request an Accommodation
Grievance & Complaint Procedure
If you believe you have experienced discrimination or a violation of our fair housing policy, you may file a complaint internally or with an external agency. Luxe Realty has a strict non-retaliation policy. No person will be penalized, evicted, or otherwise discriminated against for filing a complaint or participating in an investigation.
Internal Complaint Process
- Submit a written complaint to our Fair Housing Compliance Officer (contact details below).
- Our team will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.
- An impartial investigation will be conducted within 10 business days.
- You will receive a written response detailing the findings and corrective actions, if any.
External Agencies
If you prefer to file with a government agency, or if 180 days have passed since the alleged discrimination, you may contact:
