You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Luxe Realty reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or exhibit fraudulent activity.

4. Property Listings & Information Accuracy

All property listings are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute an offer to sell, lease, or rent real estate. Prospective buyers and tenants are encouraged to conduct independent due diligence, including physical inspections, title searches, and professional appraisals, before entering into any real estate transaction.

5. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Post false, misleading, or deceptive property information;
• Engage in fraud, phishing, or unauthorized scraping of listing data;
• Discriminate in housing offerings in violation of the Fair Housing Act or local anti-discrimination laws;
• Use automated systems, bots, or spiders to access or collect data without prior written consent;
• Interfere with the security or functionality of the Platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, property photography, virtual tours, software code, and trade names, is the property of Luxe Realty or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Limited use is permitted solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use requires express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luxe Realty, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use or inability to use the Platform or any property transactions facilitated through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for services rendered in the preceding twelve months.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, mortgage calculators, inspection services, or legal advisors. These links are provided for convenience only and do not signify endorsement. Luxe Realty assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party sites and encourages users to review their respective policies.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Modifications to Terms

Luxe Realty reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
