By using MarketFlow, you agree to comply with these guidelines, our Terms of Service, and applicable local laws. We reserve the right to update these guidelines to reflect evolving platform needs and legal requirements.
General Conduct
All interactions on MarketFlow must be respectful, honest, and constructive. We expect every member to uphold the following standards:
- Be authentic. Use your real name and accurate business information. Impersonation is strictly prohibited.
- Respect others. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or threats of any kind will result in immediate removal.
- Maintain privacy. Never share personal information (addresses, phone numbers, financial data) outside of MarketFlow’s secure messaging system.
- Stay on-platform. Attempting to move transactions outside MarketFlow to avoid fees or security protections violates our terms.
- Be accurate. Misleading titles, fake reviews, or inflated claims damage trust and are grounds for enforcement.
Prohibited Items
MarketFlow prohibits the listing, sale, or promotion of any items that are illegal, dangerous, or violate our community standards. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, and paraphernalia
- Weapons, explosives, ammunition, or military-grade equipment
- Counterfeit goods, forged documents, or stolen merchandise
- Adult content, exploitation, or non-consensual media
- Human trafficking, organs, or illegal wildlife products
- Hacktools, malware, phishing kits, or credential-stuffing services
- Restricted pharmaceuticals and unverified health claims
Fair Trading Practices
Transparency and fairness are the backbone of a healthy marketplace. Sellers and buyers are expected to:
- Price honestly. Avoid artificial price inflation, fake discounts, or misleading shipping costs.
- Deliver as described. Items must match their listing in condition, quantity, and specifications.
- Provide accurate shipping info. Estimated delivery times and tracking must reflect real logistics capabilities.
- Encourage genuine reviews. Review manipulation, paid feedback, or soliciting fake ratings is strictly prohibited.
- No spam or automation abuse. Bulk messaging, bot-driven purchasing, or scraping user data violates platform integrity.
Intellectual Property
MarketFlow respects creators’ rights and takes IP violations seriously. Users must ensure they own or have proper licensing for all listed content, including images, designs, trademarks, and digital goods.
Reporting IP Violations
If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed upon, you may submit a DMCA takedown request or IP report through our Trust & Safety Portal. We require:
- Identification of the copyrighted/trademarked work
- Direct links to the infringing listing(s)
- Proof of ownership or authorization
- A statement of good faith and accuracy
Repeat infringers will be permanently removed from the platform.
Enforcement & Appeals
Violations of these guidelines are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team using a graduated response system:
- Warning & Correction: First-time or minor violations may result in a warning and required listing updates.
- Temporary Suspension: Repeated or moderate violations may pause selling/buying privileges for 7–30 days.
- Permanent Ban: Severe, repeated, or malicious violations result in permanent account termination and fund holds as required by law.
How to Report Issues
Your safety matters. If you encounter suspicious activity, policy violations, or unsafe listings, please report them immediately. Reports are reviewed within 24–48 hours.
