When are fees charged? ▾
Fees are only charged when a sale is successfully completed. Transaction and processing fees are automatically deducted from your payout. Subscriptions are billed on the anniversary of your sign-up date.
Can I switch plans at any time? ▾
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan instantly. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date.
What happens if a buyer requests a refund? ▾
We don't charge refund fees. If a buyer gets a refund, the transaction fee is reversed and credited back to your account balance. Payment processing fees vary by card issuer policy.
How do payouts work? ▾
Payouts are processed automatically to your linked bank account on a rolling basis (usually 1-3 business days after delivery confirmation). Professional and Enterprise sellers can unlock instant payouts for a small fee.
