This report covers the fiscal year January 1 – December 31, 2024, and aligns with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards, SASB Manufacturing Index, and TCFD recommendations. Data is collected directly from facility managers, HR systems, and third-party auditors.
Material topics were identified through stakeholder engagement, risk assessments, and benchmarking against industry peers. Restatements are noted in the appendix. All financial and emissions data is presented in USD and metric tonnes CO₂e. Limitations and boundaries are clearly defined per GRI 3-3.
