1 Scope of Services

Paws Source ("we," "our," or "us") provides a comprehensive platform connecting pet owners with premium pet care services, including but not limited to:

• Premium pet nutrition and supply e-commerce.
• Virtual and in-person veterinary consultations through our network of certified professionals.
• Professional grooming, boarding, and daycare services.
• Personalized pet care plans and health tracking tools.

Our services are intended for informational, convenience, and wellness purposes and do not replace emergency veterinary care unless explicitly stated.

2 User Responsibilities

As a user ("you" or "pet parent"), you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your pet(s).
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Disclose all relevant health conditions, vaccinations, and behavioral traits of your pet when booking services.
• Supervise your pet appropriately during product use and ensure instructions are followed.

3 Health & Safety

The health and safety of pets is our top priority. Users must ensure their pets meet the following requirements for certain services:

• Vaccinations: Pets must be up-to-date on core vaccinations to participate in boarding or daycare services.
• Behavior: Pets with aggressive tendencies or severe anxiety must be flagged during booking. We reserve the right to decline service if a pet poses a risk to staff or other animals.
• Medical Conditions: Pets with contagious diseases or acute medical emergencies should seek immediate in-person veterinary care rather than using our standard consultation services.

4 Veterinary Consultations

When utilizing our veterinary consultation services:

• Consultations are provided by licensed veterinarians in accordance with applicable jurisdictional laws.
• Diagnoses and treatment recommendations are based on the information provided and may not reflect a complete clinical examination.
• You agree to share full medical history and relevant images/videos during consultations.
• Paws Source is not liable for medical outcomes resulting from remote consultations, though we maintain rigorous quality standards for our vet network.

5 Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. By purchasing services or products, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your orders and subscriptions.
• Accept that subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing cycle.
• Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Custom or perishable items are non-refundable.
• Service cancellations made 24+ hours in advance are eligible for full credit. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

6 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paws Source and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or pet health complications arising from:

• Use or inability to use our platform or services.
• Unauthorized access to your account.
• Pet reactions to products that were used as directed, unless proven to be defective due to manufacturing errors.
• Actions taken based on general advice without professional veterinary consultation.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim in the past twelve months.

7 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, abuse of animals, or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

8 Changes to Terms

Paws Source may modify these Terms of Acceptance at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days prior to the effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
