New Policy
Pets over 10 years old or with listed chronic conditions require a vet release form before grooming appointments.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will my current subscription be affected? +

If you are currently on a fixed annual plan, your benefits will remain as they were when you signed up until your renewal date. Monthly plans will reflect changes on the next billing cycle.

What about orders already placed? +

Any orders placed before November 1st will still ship according to the old free-shipping rules. New policies apply only to orders placed after the effective date.

Do I need to cancel and resubscribe? +

No! You do not need to take any action. Your account will automatically adjust to the new policy structure on the effective dates listed above.

Why the change in grooming protocols? +

We've heard feedback from our vet partners that elderly pets often experience anxiety during grooming. This vet release ensures the groomer is fully aware of your pet's limitations and can adjust their care accordingly.
