All dogs must be current on Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella (kennel cough). Cats require Rabies and FVRCP. Please upload your vet records at booking or email them to us 48 hours before arrival.
Absolutely. We recommend labeling your pet's food clearly and bringing enough for their stay plus 3 extra days. We can administer oral medications or insulin injections for an additional fee. Please provide clear written instructions.
We group dogs by size (small, medium, large) and temperament. Handlers monitor all interactions and will separate dogs if needed. First-time guests attend a meet & greet to ensure they match well with a group.
Reservations can be canceled for a full refund up to 72 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 72 hours are subject to a 50% fee. Emergency vet closures may affect availability; we'll do our best to accommodate.
Our staff is certified in pet first aid. We partner with an emergency veterinary clinic 5 minutes away. You will be contacted immediately, and if unreachable, we are authorized to seek medical treatment up to $250.
