Booking your pet's services with Paws Source is simple and secure. Follow these steps to reserve your spot:

  • Create or log in to your Paws Source account.
  • Select your desired service (Grooming, Boarding, Daycare, or Vet Consultation).
  • Choose your preferred date, time, and location (if applicable).
  • Provide your pet's details, including breed, age, weight, and special needs.
  • Confirm your booking and make the required deposit via our secure payment gateway.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with all the details and pre-service checklists.
⚠️ Instant Confirmation Required All bookings are only valid once payment is processed. Unpaid reservations will be released within 2 hours.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to maintain availability for other pet parents.

48+ Hours
Full Refund. Cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled service for a 100% refund to your original payment method.
24–48 Hours
50% Refund. Cancellations made within this window will receive a partial refund of 50%.
Less than 24 Hours
No Refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. You may request a reschedule once, subject to availability.
No-Show Policy If you fail to arrive for your appointment and do not contact us, the full service fee will be charged. Repeated no-shows may result in a temporary suspension of booking privileges.

🩺 Health & Safety Requirements

The safety of all pets in our care is our top priority. All pets must meet the following health standards before being booked for boarding, daycare, or grooming:

  • Up-to-Date Vaccinations: Proof of current Rabies, DHPP (dogs) / FVRCP (cats), and Bordetella vaccinations is required. Documents must be uploaded at least 48 hours before service.
  • Health Certificate: For boarding stays exceeding 5 days, a vet-issued health certificate dated within the last 12 months is mandatory.
  • Parasite Prevention: Pets must be on an active flea, tick, and heartworm prevention program.
  • Spayed/Neutered: For daycare and boarding, pets must be spayed or neutered unless a veterinary exemption is provided.

Behavioral Note: Pets with a history of aggression toward other animals or humans must disclose this during booking. Aggressive pets may require a private service add-on or may be declined entry for group services.

🔑 Drop-Off & Pick-Up Procedures

To ensure a smooth transition for your pet, please adhere to the following procedures:

  • Check-In Window: Please arrive within your scheduled 30-minute drop-off window. Early arrivals may be accommodated based on availability.
  • Required Items: Bring your pet's regular food, medications, and any comfort items (toys, blankets). Label all items clearly with your pet's name.
  • Emergency Contact: Provide at least two emergency contact numbers, including one local contact if you are out of town.
  • Pick-Up Hours: Standard pick-up is between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Late pick-ups after 7:00 PM incur a $15 fee per 15-minute increment, plus overnight care charges.
Medication Administration If your pet requires medication during their stay, please provide it in the original container with clear dosage instructions signed by you. Our staff is trained to administer basic oral medications but cannot handle injections or complex treatments without prior veterinary authorization.

🚨 Emergency Protocol

In the unlikely event of a medical emergency or behavioral incident:

  1. We will immediately attempt to contact you and your designated emergency contact.
  2. If we cannot reach you, we are authorized to seek veterinary treatment at a designated local clinic.
  3. Any vet fees incurred will be billed to you. We recommend having pet insurance to cover unexpected medical costs.
  4. We reserve the right to discharge pets from boarding/daycare if they are found to be ill or pose a risk to others, with immediate pickup required.

📄 Liability & Insurance

Paws Source maintains comprehensive liability insurance and takes every precaution to ensure your pet's safety. However, we cannot be held liable for:

  • Pre-existing conditions that were not disclosed at booking.
  • Injuries resulting from undisclosed aggression or behavioral issues.
  • Loss or damage to personal items left with your pet (valuables are not recommended).
  • Acts of God, natural disasters, or unforeseeable circumstances.

By booking a service, you agree to indemnify Paws Source against claims arising from your pet's behavior or health conditions.
