Who needs to submit this? Pet owners booking any stay-over services, daycare packages, or group grooming sessions.

  • Heartworm: Dogs should be on a monthly heartworm preventative.
  • Deworming: Pets under 6 months must be dewormed prior to admission.

🚫 Age & Temperament Restrictions

Aggression Policy: Any animal showing signs of aggression towards staff or other animals will be released immediately at the owner's expense. We are not liable for bites or scratches caused by aggressive behavior.

Medical Conditions: Please disclose any chronic conditions (seizures, diabetes, respiratory issues) during booking. We may require a direct call to your veterinarian.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Can I submit my vet records via email?
Yes, you can email records to health@pawssource.com. However, uploading them to your profile is faster and ensures they are attached to the correct reservation.
What if my pet missed a booster shot?
If your pet is slightly overdue (within 30 days), please contact our vet partner for an expedited appointment. We can temporarily hold your spot while you get updated.
Do I need to bring the original vaccine book?
No, a clear digital copy or photo uploaded to our portal is sufficient. However, for first-time stays, we may ask to see the physical document upon arrival for verification.
What happens if my pet looks sick on arrival?
We perform a health check on arrival. If your pet is coughing, sneezing, or has diarrhea, we will politely ask you to take them home to prevent infecting other guests. No refund will be issued for health-turnaways.
