Creating a campaign is simple! Click "Start Your Campaign" on our homepage, create your account, and follow our step-by-step wizard. You'll set a funding goal, describe your project, add images and video, and choose your reward tiers. Most campaigns take 15–30 minutes to set up. We also offer a free campaign review service before you go live.

RaiseIt charges a 3% platform fee on all successfully funded campaigns, plus standard payment processing fees of approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. There are no upfront fees or monthly costs to create a campaign. If your campaign doesn't reach its goal, you don't pay anything.

Simply browse or search for projects that interest you, click "Back This Project," choose a reward tier, and complete your payment. You can use credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. You'll receive updates from the creator and your rewards once the campaign is successfully funded.

Refund policies are set by each project creator. We recommend reviewing the refund policy on the campaign page before backing. If a campaign is canceled, all backers are automatically refunded in full. If you need assistance with a refund dispute, our support team is happy to mediate.
