RaiseIt is a crowdfunding platform that connects creative projects with people who want to fund them. We provide the tools, community, and infrastructure to help creators launch campaigns and bring their ideas to life. Whether it's technology, art, film, or a social cause, RaiseIt is the place to start.

Starting a campaign is easy! Click "Start Campaign" in the top right, log in or create an account, and fill out the campaign creation form. You'll need to set a funding goal, timeline, rewards, and tell your story. Once submitted, our team reviews it within 48 hours before going live.

RaiseIt is available in over 190 countries. Creators from most regions can launch campaigns, and backers worldwide can contribute. However, payout availability may vary by country. Check our Supported Regions page for full details.

RaiseIt offers two funding models:

• All-or-Nothing: If you don't reach your goal, no funds are collected, and backers are refunded automatically.
• Flexible Funding: You keep what you raise, even if the goal isn't met. However, you're still responsible for fulfilling rewards.

You can choose your preferred model when setting up the campaign.

For All-or-Nothing campaigns, funds are released 7-10 business days after the campaign ends successfully. For Flexible Funding, funds are typically available 14 days after the campaign ends to allow for a cancellation window. You'll receive an email notification once the transfer begins.

Use the "Post Update" feature in your creator dashboard. Updates are automatically emailed to all backers of your campaign. We recommend posting at least one update per week to maintain engagement and trust.

Click "Back This Project" on any campaign page. Choose a reward tier, enter the number of backers, and proceed to checkout. You can pay with credit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.

Yes. During the campaign, you can cancel anytime from your dashboard and receive an instant refund. After the campaign ends, you have a 14-day window to request a cancellation. Beyond that, refunds are at the creator's discretion, though RaiseIt support can mediate if issues arise.

Delivery timelines vary by creator and are usually listed in the reward description. On average, rewards arrive 3-6 months after the campaign ends. You'll be notified when the creator ships your reward, and tracking info will be provided if available.

RaiseIt charges a 5% platform fee on successfully funded campaigns. Additionally, payment processing fees apply (typically 3% + $0.20 per transaction). These fees are deducted from the total funds raised. There are no upfront costs to launch a campaign.

Backers can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners, Stripe and Adyen.

Absolutely. RaiseIt uses bank-level 256-bit SSL encryption and PCI DSS compliance for all transactions. We never store your full credit card details on our servers. Our fraud detection system monitors all activity 24/7 to protect both creators and backers.
