By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Definitions
"User" or "You" refers to any individual or entity that accesses, browses, or transacts on the ShopVista Platform. "Merchant" refers to third-party sellers listed on the Platform. "Content" includes all text, images, logos, graphics, product listings, and digital materials hosted on the Platform.
2. Account Registration & Security
To make purchases or sell products, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@shopvista.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Purchasing & Payment Terms
All product prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. We use PCI-DSS compliant processors. Taxes, duties, and shipping fees apply where applicable.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to inventory errors, suspected fraud, or payment issues.
- Split shipments may occur for large orders.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. ShopVista partners with third-party logistics providers. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier for standard shipping, or upon signature for expedited options.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, unused condition. Digital goods, personalized items, and perishables are final sale unless defective. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform; (b) use the Platform for unlawful purposes; (c) submit false reviews or manipulate seller ratings; (d) circumvent security measures; (e) resell Platform access or digital licenses. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and software on the Platform are owned by ShopVista or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view, download, and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. ShopVista does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or purchases from third-party merchants.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, mandatory individual arbitration applies under the American Arbitration Association rules. Class actions are waived unless explicitly permitted by law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified via email or Platform banner. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
