Welcome to SparkleClean Pro. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

SparkleClean Pro provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services. The specific scope of cleaning is determined by the service plan selected during booking and any additional instructions provided by the client.

2. Booking & Scheduling

• Bookings are confirmed once payment is processed.
• Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.
• Failure to provide access may result in a no-show fee of 50% of the service cost.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Full Refund: Cancellations made 48+ hours before the appointment.
• 50% Fee: Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the appointment.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required in full prior to service commencement. We accept major credit cards and digital wallets. Prices are quoted per visit and are guaranteed for the duration of recurring contracts.

5. Property Damage & Liability

SparkleClean Pro carries liability insurance up to $2,000,000 per occurrence. In the rare event of property damage caused by our team, please report it immediately (within 24 hours). We will assess and resolve the claim promptly.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Pet Safety: Please secure aggressive pets in a safe area. We are not responsible for pet-related incidents.
• Valuables: Please secure valuable or fragile items before our team arrives.
• Access: Provide clear access to all areas to be cleaned.

7. Privacy Policy Summary

We collect personal information necessary to provide and improve our services. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your payment information is encrypted and processed securely via PCI-compliant providers.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled via binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
