Welcome to SparkleClean Pro. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and cleaning services. By booking, scheduling, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or scheduling a cleaning service with SparkleClean Pro ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
SparkleClean Pro provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to regular maintenance cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, window cleaning, and specialized treatments. Service specifics, scope, and deliverables will be outlined in your booking confirmation or service agreement.
3. Booking & Scheduling
Service availability is subject to change and must be confirmed at the time of booking. You must provide accurate access instructions, contact information, and any special requirements. SparkleClean Pro reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services in cases of severe weather, emergency, or operational constraints.
4. Payment & Pricing
All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payment methods. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full estimated service fee.
6. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a safe and efficient service, customers must:
- Provide clear access to the property and specify entry instructions.
- Secure pets, valuables, and hazardous materials.
- Ensure adequate lighting and access to electricity/water for cleaning equipment.
- Disclose any fragile items, special surfaces, or areas requiring extra care.
SparkleClean Pro is not responsible for damages to unsecured items, pre-existing conditions, or surfaces that require specialized treatment beyond standard cleaning.
7. Limitation of Liability
SparkleClean Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We recommend maintaining adequate homeowner's or property insurance.
8. Damage & Loss Claims
In the unlikely event of property damage or loss, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of service completion. Claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We carry general liability insurance and will work in good faith to resolve valid claims promptly.
9. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. All personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except as necessary to perform services or comply with legal obligations.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and service methodologies, is the intellectual property of SparkleClean Pro and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be subject to good-faith mediation. If unresolved, disputes may be brought in state or federal courts located in Charleston County, SC.
12. Modifications to Terms
SparkleClean Pro reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
